Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due no later than 30 days before your safari start date. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following charges apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus bank charges.
• 30–59 days before departure: 30% of total tour price.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour price.
• Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% of total tour price.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation confirmation.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests. This should cover medical expenses, personal accident, loss of belongings, and trip cancellation/interruption.

Liability and Responsibility

Nature Warriors African Safaris acts as an agent for hotels, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by third parties. We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, park closures, safety concerns). Guests are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents.

Health and Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tanzania.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nature Warriors African Safaris regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
